Question question about integra in japan

i was talking with a friend of mine and we were discussing the honda integra aka rsx. so here is my question. here in the U.S. we get the rsx type s and the rsx base model. so what do the japanese get? i know that they get the type r, and a type s, however i was reading the specs, and the type s in japan is equivilent to the base model here in the U.S. so do the japanese get our type s with 200 hp over there? or do they have to pick between the 160 hp type s and the 220 hp type r. i thought that they had 3 models, the two that we have here plus the addition of the integra type r. could somebody please clear this up for me? i would ask over at crsx, seeing as how their forum is based on the rsx, but i dont want to get my ass torn apart over there for asking a dumb question like this. thanks again.

my best guess would be why offer one car with 210HP and then another with 220HP.

So they actually have a Honda Integra Type S in Japan? Sounds odd.

so there are 3 models? witch one would be closest to the american type s? i would think that they would have 3 models due to the fact that the type r is a little to race oriented for the average driver. somebody who would want the performance but not the harshness of the type r would go for the 210 hp model.(i know that the type r performs way better, but you get my point.) that would make sense to me.

From what I've read up on Crsx the
JDM Type S = 05-06 USDM Base
JDM iS = 02-04 USDM Base
USDM Type S is a detuned Type R...

i thought they have 3 models:

one is just a base

type s is a luxury model with navi, leather etc.

and the type r is their racing model with no navi etc.
