The white tape around the front and rear light assemblies are throwing your eyes off. The grainy picture doesn't help either.

It's definately not the TL. Here's what the main dude at ToV had to say about it:

There is virtually zero chance that this car is the '09 TL. The only '09 TLs that will be seen driving around on public streets will have hefty bags taped all over them. Once they build a batch of production-spec cars, then you will start seeing them on the road in reduced levels of camo. The TL is still several months away from that point.

The TSX has passed that point in its development cycle and I'm pretty certain that a lot more spy photos of the '09 will be popping up fairly soon.

Talking in proportion to the rest of the car. Like, they're sizable wheels, but at the side view...the fender (rear and front) look very large while the wheels look a little off. Like a 2nd gen Hyundai Tiburon.

from the profile it kind of looks like a jetta with a little bit of 08 accord sedan and ES350 mixed in. I think it looks pretty good, and will probably look better in a slightly darker color. Needs different wheels though.
