If I HAVE to park valet, I will watch the driver of my car. Make sure he or she knows what he or she is doing.

This sounds like it happened at the dealer though. Sucks man.

There are places I visit on the weekends (bar/lounge) that are VIP only and valeting is customary. I flat out refuse. I've had much higher priced cars prior to the Si but I still don't like anyone driving my car, even if it's just a Civic.
I'll hunt for a parking spot for a while before I'll let anyone drive my car.

I've actually seen one or two techs/valets at my dealership that I frequent get out of the car because they can't drive stick. I walked up to them and asked why they got out, and they just said they'd get someone who can drive it to the dock. LOL.

If a valet guy messes hurts your car, are they liable...or are you always taking a risk?

Vellet guys are scared of my car.. I look at them and tell them straight up between the engine rumbles...This car is VERY tricky to drive. I'll park it for you..

By doing this I found myself often parking right in the front! FTW!!

Last time I was at Vallet with my new girl I parked right next to an Aston

Maybe you should take off the bull horns on the hood and the shotgun rack on the back.
