Eclipse GT

What do you guys think about the eclipse gt? Im thinking about selling. I mean the Gt makes 263hp and when you put on a decent body kit and some performance parts, it can look/perform amazingly. Its just 1k more than the civic Si. No big deal, and I have some money to throw around on parts/ making it look sick. My Si is paid off and I have a few buyers willing to buy it for 28k (7k miles and alot of performance parts/mods) So I'll have enough money to buy the eclipse and get bodykit-intake-exhaust-header-ect

One of the most appealing things of the Eclipse GT is that it makes 263hp and is only 24k.
right now im kinda leaning to selling my Si, I spent like 28.5k on it all together so to get 28k is a real good deal for me.......

Deal or no deal?

PS. I love the Si, ill still be on the 8th if I end up selling it, this is the best forum ive ever been on.

28k is a lot for a Si lol. Ive seen the GT's prices at 28/29k. Id say keep the Si.

^ yea the 4th gen eclipse IS ugly, till you get a nice body kit/rims

then its a whole diff story. It kinda looks like 350z after you get a body kit. And theres no way a stock Si could beat a stock eclipse GT, ive tried many times, and I have alot of hp for a Si, all together I spent somewhere around 4.5k on mods, so trust me, I have hp.

And again, its hard to believe 197hp can magicly beat 263hp. Yea girls drive eclipse's but look at the green eclipse in the fast and furious, sick looking car and fast too. If you invest a little into making the 4th gen eclipse look good, it can be a mans car. Besides, the only eclipse's that gals drive like light green and sunset orange.............

Overall performance Im pretty sure that the GT would win.

Yeah thats true. But I NEEEEEED more hp. alot more hp. I dont know any other car thats currently being made with at least 250hp and around no more than 26k.


Matter of fact, can anyone help me out with that. Just a car thats currently being made (08 model) that has like at least 250hp and is under 26k, can anyone help me out with that. Im serious about selling the Si.
