Hmm. to the person who said the 09 refresh may have the JDM front and rear for the sedan:

That'd probably be pretty sexy. I've never been into the whole JDM scene but that car is just good to look at no matter what.

LOL@ignorance.

A Mazda3 wagon has the room and the performance to be a much better option than the base R18 Civic.

I test drove one and they're pretty damn nice, the interior is very sporty and the handling was tight but not rough.

In for the 2009 refresh as well.

I test drove a new 2008 Mini Clubman S and I'm about THIS close to getting one and I'm that I can afford it.

If the 09 Civic update looks better than the current front and rear, I might have to think harder.

if the civic keeps the interior and does something to quieten the interior that would be just great. i bought the 09 corolla and it is way quieter than the civic. its not a lexus quiet but definetly quieter and smoother than the civic. better seals better sound dampening all around.

I'm right there with ya. One of my friends at work has been trying to convince me that I NEED to get a Mini S (non-Clubman though) and, it's VERY tempting considering the Go-Kart performance and excellent fuel mileage but, I'm anxiously awaiting solid refresh details for the 8th gen Civic.

Maybe I'll post up a mock-up of what the coupe would look like with JDM goggles after work...
Not sure if I want to torture you guys that way though.
