You guys do realize that he said the color will be teal BLUE? And you also realize that FBP does have teal in it, which is very visible at a certain angle? It's not going to be too drastic a change like many of you might think.
In for Habby Red turning into something similar to BOM. |

obviously u do enjoy it but im not going to with hold my opinion of it being a generic rental car color and im surprised such a deep and noticable color such as fbp is being replaced by a teal color (we'll see how blue it is). BOM would be awsome replacement for the hrp if it has to be done

Bwahahaha, to each their own I suppose. All things said and done If the list of 09 colors is correct, it looks like ABM made the cut, rental car colors FTW! Joking aside, I'm interested to see what shade the new deep orange color will look like, I liked it on the BOM RSX, the orange shade looked a tad too light on the Fit, IMHO. (I'm not sure if the RSX and the Fit were the same color though) |

when Honda Corporate was at our dealership the other day presenting us with the banner for being the #1 dealership in our zone and having a record month/year we were talking about the changes 09 Honda's would be getting. The pilot is changing, no more s2000 from what I hear and it may be the last year for the element. sneaky sneaky honda, lol they don't tell us the important shit until a month or 2 before. bump for good information

Kind of makes sense. Same as Toyota just did a similar move. Intro Yaris & redesign Corolla to make it larger/nicer. Yaris filled the spot Corolla had. Honda now has the Fit & can make the Civic bigger/more expensive & has the Fit to fill the "economy" role now.
Wouldn't be surprised to see next Accords even fancier & them pushing the Civic to be the new Accord.

I personally don't think there is any point in arguing about if the colors will look good or not yet. It all depends on the styling of the car IMO.
Bright orange Lamborghini Gallardo - sexy Bright orange Z06 - not so sexy Bright orange Lotus Exige - sexy Bright orange BMW M3 - not so sexy I'm sure a lot of people may not completely agree with my examples haha, but you see where I'm going with this? The way the color looks is dependent on the way the car looks in the first place in a lot of cases. Teal could possibly look good. Maybe not on our 8th gens, but who knows with 9th gens? |

Long story , but after a wreck that brought me near death and ended my Prelude (its not that bad but too costly to fix when I have no cash for it and insurance wants to total it since its value was very low). I ended up buying an 08 Civic Si that same day....I was in a daze and had major back pain and then well here Iam. I figure might as well go somewhere where discussion is active and people have good tastes here! |
