wow that's cool you can tell a lot from this pics!!! i like the interior a little bit the navi is awesome but the seats... i'd have to seat in them to see the engine might be a k20a2 but it does not have a prb intake manifold which is the one used on the rsx-s im afraid that is not a dual stage manifold.... i see room for aftermarket or for swapping an rsx one. also the intake airbox looks like it's been changed which i hope is not as restrictive as the dc5/ep3. also there's little room on the engine for turbo or supercharger which means aftermarket companies are gonna have to cramp stuff in there and little room=heat. the rims are kinda ugly and the taillights are not my favorite and again that thing looks like a 4x4 needs a drop..oh well this is my opinion on the pics cant wait to see one personally

actually I think it looks pretty hot! I'm digging it at least.

anyone else think it's going to be one tight fit to get a strut bar over top that engine! wow.

Is it just me or does the intake manifold look slightly larger and different from the previous

Love the interior!!! I wish they could've kept the shifter in the same position as my 02 Si. That's probably the only thing I'm going to miss. :)

there is couple of things im concerned about though... maf sensor instead or map sensor might make it harder to get an intake in there but easier if you want to work on your fuel mapping and better for boost, then the windshield wipers ge into opposite ends (the ghetto old minivan style), and of course the shifter looks like it might be to far from the driver, and lastly, the spedometer is digital (which i hate) and it's really high maybe we might have some problems seeing over it

Looks almost near impossible to fit a turbo back there

Turbo k20a2:

looks very tight and thermal heat from the ceramic housing on the turbine may be a hazard

K20Z is the 2005 RSX-S motor. Obviously it's some brother to that engine?

Ha I knew its a K20Z variant of some sort. The diffrence in SAE corrected power is only 5 hp. Possibly means skinny farut tube, and fuel remapping.

Good news is that Kpro should have the same mapping as the 05+ RSX-S. (K20Z1) :)

prototype - I have good news for you on the boost.

A company is going to be unveiling a boosted civic (turbo) at sema along with the stock SI with honda. I guess the back cover comes off (just like in the pic you provided - it's gone) and then some plastic liners that are along the windshield area. So - this isn't a problem from what I hear. They already have the turbo setup in!

Good news for turbo fans. It'll probably look JUST like the picture you posted.

The 2nd pic is from a boosted 05 RSX Type S with the same k20z, but that's awesome news! Can't wait to see pics

heh so webby u are saying that in the back u can take off that plastic below the wipers to reveal space for a turbo?
that engine is very crammed, look at the battery i think youd need to remove the whole bumper to get at it...

from what I was told - yes. There is room for a turbo in the back. I've also heard guys just talking on other forums about different setup options. A few guys with RSX's said that they heard some aftermarket company is working on a side turbo setup. I guess over where the stock airbox is. That area would be cleared out, and the turbo would actually sit over there.
