Need some help...
My insurance cancelled three days before my accident because i forgot the bill. My finance company picked up collision coverage the day it was cancelled. My car is soon to be repaired. I was told that my finance company bought a years worth of insurance through Balboa Insurance. I havent got a bill yet, but im sure its outrageous. All they cover is collision. Am i able to cancel that coverage (after i get new insurance), and if so, how long do i have to wait? I believe they are charging me 800 a month.

I know a lot of this had to do with insurance after an accident or similar things like that but would this be the place to ask how much it would cost to ensure a driver on a Si Sedan?

I'm trying to figure out how much money I need to save up to pay for this thing next summer (assuming all goes well) so it'd either be insured for a 19 yr. old male, a 56 yr. old male or a 54 yr. old female (no accidents on any, or tickets), if I could get a really rough estimate from someone who's paying for anything similar I'd really appreciate it.

(I know I could use dome free ballpark estimate type of things but those are always so iffy)

It really all depend....I just found out my girlfriends mom pays $2200 to Farmers for herself (financed 08 Camry), husband(old chevy van), son (21 with 08 Mazda 3, and Ninja 250, and 72 elco), my girl(08 TC and 20)....full coverage on ALL.

I pay $1600 for a 07 EX...Im 26, no tickets/accidents, been driving almost 10 years and with Mercury.

Was under my dads insurance, umbrella'd like my g/f mom, but with AAA and between my dads 05 Avalanche fully covered, my 96 Caprice with liability and 07 Civic fully covered they wanted almost $3000...they charge $400 a year just for the Caprice...Mercury wants $80 a year.

I hate insurance companies. Doesn't make sense.

It could be $800 a year or could be $3200 a year depending on who you get to cover you. I'm covered to the MAX...talking 300/600 or 500k/1M...whatever it is...so maybe thats why mine is higher.
