Constant "Calibration" light on Auto Dim R View Mirror

I just installed the Honda Accessory Auto Dim Rear View Mirror w/Compass on my 2008 Civic Coupe. I have a constant Calibration message next to my compass indication. I have tried numerous times to re-calibrate the mirror (turning circles) with no luck. The mirror is displaying correct compass info, just has the Cal light on all the time. Any suggestions?

Before you go to the dealer did you try unplugging it and calibrating it again.Could be that simple.
