My pre-civic car

Here is the car I got rid of before picking up the Civic... everyone says that I downgraded but until you pay for repairs on a volvo I guess you don't understand why I did it... I do miss this car though, and it sucks because the kid who bought it from me is going around acting like he built it which makes me mad but its whatever

That's a nice S60, and a T4 to boot! I had a Volvo too, I should try to find pics and post them. Had a 2000 S40.

Nice car, I love Volvo's (see username, haha) but mainly the old ones. I do like the S60, S40, and S80 though, that's about as new as I get. Maintenance is a pain though.

i run the risk of sounding like an a2s hole for asking this, but you didnt get rid of you volvo for a honda did you?
i personally would much rather have the volvo
i just got the civic because it was the best thing in my price range i think
but if you got the civic as an additional car then thats cool
but again im not questioning your judgment
just my personal opinion

i hate 5cylinder volvos.

But thats of course because i work on them everyday.

I can only imagine how reliable that thing must have been with those kinds of mods.

Welcome to the 8th. So much for the punk who bought your Volvo bragging. When it breaks he'll look like a real AZZ!

More like when he sees the bill for the first Volvo oil change at a dealer. I peed a little in mine when they said 83$ for dino oil. O_o

Or the 230 they charged me for two inspections, finding nothing wrong until the 3rd, which was a bad thermometer -- which cost about 2x the 230 dollars, CONVENIENTLY under my 500 deductible....yikes.

They made my wallet/bank account feel like a cheap whore, that's for sure.

Stupid extended warranty my ass, they don't cover a damn thing! I had ONE thing covered, out of 6-10 trips to the shop. I ended up just going to my family's personal mechanic...

...good thing too, that POS (though I loved the girl) that I had, was busting coil packs every 6 months.

Technically, my car was a Mitsubishi. It had an old Mitsu Mirage engine that was turbo'd. It was also made pre-Ford. It's a european car, that's all.
