traded my gt-s for a K20 powered honda
i was going back and forth between the Si and the RSX type S, but honda was being lame and marking up the Si while giving me less money for my trade so i ended up picking a type S, but i drove the 06 Si and it is definatly a great car..lots of fun..it was one of those decisions that could have gone either way. pretty happy so far, the torque curve in the 06 RSX is vastly superior to the my celica's and it handles better then i expected, though it could use some work..lol

When I was a kid I wanted a GT-S. My family would disown me if I bought anything other than Toyota, Honda or Nissan, so I looked into the RSX-S and eventually the Si. The older Si didn't stand up to the RSX-S at all, so I was set on a type S, A Spec package, and I was about 2k away from buying one cash up until I went to the California auto convention, and they had a Habi red Si with the HFP package sitting in the center of the Honda section. I sat in it and immediately fell in love with it. I still don't like the exterior as much as I do an RSX A spec, but I'm sure after I'm done with her, the outside will be as sweet as the inside.
Good choice with the RSX-S! Maybe we can trade cars for a weekend. :) |
