Rice to me is angled fart cans, stock black wheels with hub caps taken off, front bumper fascia only for you body kit...haha all this is cracking me up

I think most cars look better with steelies and no hubcaps. My 93 civic came that way from the dealer, so the dealer riced it out?

i get mad when i see new and more expensive cars becoming rice
like i saw a evo 9 with neons underneath it it looked ok but then it had chrome rims with chrome door handles wtf!!!!! i also saw a 350 z with chrome mirrors, chrome rims, chrome hood scoop?, and supercharged stickers on body and it also had a nismo tuned decal in the front window lol
