People who do this shouldn't be allowed to have them...

This person should be shot, maimed and hung out to dry. The Nighthawk is one of the best looking colors for the Si. Not even that they did it to the color or the car because that's to be expected. But they did it to PERIOD. Not well themed. I suppose it wouldn't look so bad, but the rims and paint don't go well together, meaning someone obviously didn't plan this well.

And yes, I'm flaming...

(how's that for a pun? )

The paint job does blow. I like the rims though. I want the CIVIC sticker on the windshield. Where do you get it? I think it would look great on the Hab red. What do you guys think?

You can find people that will make them for you, which is what this person did. Most places that do signs and banners for stores and shops can do them for you. It's just vinyl.

I know everyone's tastes are different, but I just don't like this. What's with leaving the carpet in the trunk? Why didn't they either fiberglass the whole thing or recover the entire trunk around the enclosure in a black vinyl or something?

I know people like to be the first to say they did something. But if you're going to do it, at LEAST finish the job. Take note of the trunk lid? Grr...

flames should be on hot rods...those rims dont' really do it for me..i know the konig unknowns if that person was goin for the gloss black/silver look

black vinyl defintely would have been better than leaving that carpet..but that's a sikk install

That's why I stopped going to car shows; paying $22 to see 1845131 of the same car is a waste of money. I haven't been to Hot Import Nights since 2002...

Flames = Shit
Rims = Shit
Windshield banner = Shit
Decals = Shit

I'll go as far as to say this Civic looks subpar.

Looks like he did a hit-and-run on Big Bird. Also, the rims look like they don't belong. How bout a big firebird on the hood too? At least they didn't carry the flames all the way to the back.

My penis just put a gun in it's mouth and blew it's brains onto my stomach.

I feel more sorry for the guy who owns that car than anything else.

Also, Skittles, weren't you the one saying, "do what you want, it's your car. don't worry about what others think about it?" I'm thinking you're opinion on car styling is the same as my opinion on *** rights. I don't mind if you're slinging yogurt on other dudes in the privacy of your own home, but when you start doing it in public, that's when someone has to step in and smack a bitch.

True, I did say that. But they should be prepared for people like who, who hate what they've done for it. It's a cruel, cruel world...double standards and all.

If I ever do something tasteless I'll show you guys and you can pick at it like the little vultures we all are. To each his own. But my whole things is, there was no theme to it. And if you're going to show it off, at least FINISH the project, or call it a WIP. No excuse for showing that trunk lid as it is and not calling it a WIP. And I didn't say I hate flamed cars, or I hate fiberglass because I work with composite materials and I tend to think flames on muscle cars are dope, but the wheels don't match the paint job, making everything seem out of place. Things should flow and if they don't, then I share my opinion...it's whatever with me. I used to take critiscm the hard way til I realized, what I do for myself is what I do for me...and nobody else. I don't care what people think of what I do, and people should be different. This person gets a B for effort and a D for planning. If you'd asked me two years ago what I thought of it, I would've said, it looks "hot" . Unfortunately for those who take critiscm heavily, I've grown into my own since then.

And yes...that pun was intentional. Besides, when you go to enough car shows, you start seeing things that just don't look good.
