Dealer put wrong oil in my Si

Alright, i was just cleaning out my glove compartment and i noticed a paper in there from when i did my first oil change at the dealer. I noticed it said 5W-20. I could have sworn i saw 5W-30 on my oil cap..... I check my owners manual and i notice that it does in fact say the Si takes 5W-30, only the EX and lower take 5W-20. Anyway, now i'm really annoyed because i've been getting shitty gas mileage (20-21mpg) and i dont want to compromise the longevity of my engine, not even by the smallest means.

Should i take my car back to the dealer and make them replace the oil with the correct oil for Si(5w-30)??? or are they gonna try and throw a line at me saying that 5w20 is fine for the Si even though the owners manual calls for 5w-30.....

I made a thread about this after my first oil change.

They did the exact same thing to me, and I only knew because they charged me for 5W-20 on the receipt.

I called and raised a stink and they replaced it for me free. They said it wouldn't really hurt to have 20 in it, but I wanted what the damn car said to have in it.

Maybe i should call the stealership now? i need a good way to approach the issue so they dont B.S. me. I think they would lie and say "just the reciept says that, but we put the right stuff"

or they will take my car to the back and say they changed it when they didnt....

Call them and tell them they put 5W-20 in the car, and you want 5W-30.

How can they put 20 in it when the cover FLAT OUT says to use 30.

Tell them you want it replaced on their watch.

yeah the first time i went for my oil change they put 20 on it but then when i got t he reciept the lady there checked it out and told me to wait half an hour bc they put the wrong oil grade in my engine. They flushed it and replaced it with 30 and got free coffee.
Maybe they have the sheet for the base models and use the same for the si's even though it's a different grade

when i had my sentra i went in for a recall and they didnt want to give me a loaner car while the work was being done. so when i got home i emailed the service manager and like 1 hour later he called me to come in the next day to drop off my car and get a loaner.

Which is why you need to change your own oil.

Goign from 20 to 30 weight in an EX is okay. But the other way around for an Si can be problamatic. IMO the 20 weight does not offer enough protection during high rpm loads.
