LX Sedan. Love it. The only thing I'd want from an EX is the set of disc brakes on the rear wheels. All the other differences are really trivial to me. Oh, but I did put on 17" rims.

My EX Coupe meets my expectation and my budget....I prefer the blue gauges instead of red :)

EX coupe met all of my expectations

-4 wheel discs
-ambient lighting
-remote trunk opener
-alloys(always a plus)
-nicer seats(maybe i'm wrong
-NAVI w/XM!!!!!!!!

all the little things make the EX worth every penny for me even though it was beyond $21k on the road ....quite pricey for a civic lol I like it so far... def a lot of money but don't regret it at all

lx on order, wish i could have stepped up to the ex for the brakes, alloys, audio...also because every dealership in town has the galaxy gray EX 5sp. instead of having to wait a month. but i think i can survive through college w/ the lx :)

We picked up our Taffeta White Hybrid yesterday. :) My wife loves it. I'll be sitting down with the manuals tonight.

Biggest surprises so far:

No set service intervals based on mileage. The computer keeps track and through a dashboard indicator tells you what service is needed.

VERY loud tires at freeway speeds. This will take some research. I don't know if it is because of the low rolling resitance or high tire pressures, but it is loud. I'm used to near silence from the Bridgestone Turanzas LS-V's on my Passat.

More later.....I'm happy to find a forum for this car. vwvortex.com and clubb5.com have been so helpful with the four Passats I've had.
