Join The Waiting List - Which Model/Color/Transmission/Dealership?

I purchased my Civic Coupe EX AUTO trans

3 weeks ago (from Sisley Honda) and was told by my dealer to him give my top 2 color choices (Nighthawk Black / Alabaster Silver) and he would call me when any of my choices came in. I received a call today and confirmed i was getting a Alabaster Silver Civic He told me my car still hasn't been manufactured by Honda yet but it has a production date of Dec 15 in Alliston Ontario (45minute drive north from my hometown of Woodbridge - road trip?

) He also told me it should arrive at the dealership 1-2 weeks after Dec 15

Now the waiting begins...

Ordered a Galaxy coupe EX w/ nav around October 25th from Muller Honda in Chicagoland area, Still waiting... They called around Dec 1st and said it was just being built and shipped. Getting sick of waiting

Currently have my VIN and just waiting for ~20th for it to arrive.

I ordered and received my 06 EX Coupe in Galaxy Grey. I love it! Had it for about 3 weeks now.

Why would you guys order something like that? If you would have waited until it actually showed up on the lot you would have saved $$$$. Prices have already come down slightly from the past few months.

q43000GT, can you be a little more clear about what you are referring to? Are you refering to pre-ordered Si's, or the EX the person above you was posting about?

If you are referring to the Si, pricing was only released on 11/30. For folks like myself who are getting sub-MSRP the deal is not going to get any better for at least several months. (Exceptions of course will occur)
