Where would I find information on what the differences between each model (DX LX EX SI) has? I want to know which would be the best one for me? I'm on a tight budget, but I'd really prefer to have power windows/locks and speakers so that I can hook up my head unit without having to worry too much.

Try Honda.com I was just there with him for the Accord. I am sure they have the same for the Civic.

Click on skip to skip the intro and then click on where it says 'CIVIC REDESIGN'. It has the Sedan, Coupe, Si and Hybrid specs.

If you go to a honda dealership you can pick up the brochure which has way more details. I have the brochure but im not at home right now.
