Honda Australia = Love!

Ok ok ok, How do we get all the parts from OZ??? I know College Hills was looking into some parts but have they tested everything yet? Anyone know another way?

The reason why I'm so obsessed is after seeing the site, http://www.honda.com.au I started to look up the civic. And while I've seen CSX style wheels in other countries, the 0Z site has the type S wheels!

vs

Now, personally I don't want a car in "Misty Violet", but that really does look interesting!

However, it gets better. The accessory page. I'm sure some keeners have seen some of these before but these are new to me:

http://www.honda.com.au/wps/wcm/reso...ries_Jan07.pdf

Included really interesting ones are:

#13 the back up sensors

#31. The made for civic roof rack and bike, ski/snowboard, roof rack attachments

#37 The tow bar kit (if it can be used with a hitch)

Some one please let us know if we can get these / they work with our car. These accessories look amazing!

My folks live in OZ, and I know for a fact that shipping anything is outrageous. I think College Hills honda had imported some australian accessories at one point... I believe that's where the bootlip protector comes from... so maybe they would be able to help you? Otherwise, you should look into a cheaper shipping solution, i.e. slow boat or something.

I guess I am sort of interested in the bike rack, but after the added shipping costs, I'm sure a domestic (Thule, Yakima, etc.) solution would be cheaper in the long run.
