Well, if you are looking for a suggestion here it goes because this is what I want to do to my car:

1) Intake - Fujita or Injen are the popluar ones
2) Header - SSR or Comptech, almost everyone that has bought a DC has had problems with it
3) Exhaust - to each his own on this one depending how loud you want it to be
4) TWM SS w/ bushing - really inexpensive and gives your shift a much shorter throw and solid feel
5) Hondata reflash

I have an intake, TWM SS w/ bushings, and an axle-back exhaust right now and am quite happy with how it sounds and the slight increase in horsepower. Personally I would wait on a supercharger or turbo for the time being and do some bolt on items and get to know your car a little more by installing them yourself and then go FI.

Hope this helps
