if you're easy on the pedal, around 325 +/- 25 miles in the city, probably closer to 400 on the highway. if you're rough and using the VTEC a lot, you'll probably get 250 +/- 25 in the city. don't know why you'd use the VTEC on the highway, except to pass. are you using premium? wheels properly aligned?

I get 200 for a half tank. I don't drive that easy, but I do mostly highway driving.

I'm now at 15,000 miles on my LX coupe and averaging about 38 miles per gallon with about 70% highway and 30% backroads. The gas mileage has increased quite a bit since its gotten warmer out.

Wow, I got 202 on my last fill up from a little under half tank. It took 7.8 gallons to fill up from where it was. I am averaging between 26 and 28 miles to a gallon. I like to accelerate really hard all the time. What in the world are you doing to only get 200 miles out of an entire tank thats like 15 miles to a gallon.

When you read the auto magazine reviews, you'll see a lot of low reported mileages...mpgs often somewhere below 20. So far, I have not flogged my Si nearly at all. I wanted to break it in thoroughly first, and would prefer to get it on a track to really play around, see its limits. As such, I'm getting a feel for "normal" driving city and highway mpg. So far, it looks like I will get about 23/28 typical city/highway, with 20-21 as a bare minimum (pure city) and maybe 32-33 maximum (pure highway).

In other words, this engine is very sensitive to driving habits with a huge range of possible mpg...if you drive it like the speed demon it is, you'll get speed demon mileage (sub-20). Drive it like any 'ol 2-liter and you'll get respectable 2-liter mileage, and drive it like Grandma and get Grandma mileage. I love that...means I can have my cake (save dollars driving to work) and eat it too (drive very fast when I want)

WEll, I have only been empty once... I never let it get to empty, and I havent had a chance to do calculate. But I usually get about 200 to 1/2 a tank. I might get like 130-150 if im really heavy on it..I fill up like 2-3 times a week...
