Non-matching HFP kit on ASM

i thought about putting on a HFP kit that's not the same color as my car(Alabaster Silver).

I came to this thought while looking for rims, its so hard to find some rims that look good with silver, besides....silver.

im thinking maybe a white HFP kit with white rims..

might be hot.

what do you guys think?

im open to suggestions.

I understand you wanting to do something different with your car, but I have to say that after sitting here trying to picture it in my head there is no way I believe that would look good. That would be too many colors and night quite a two-tone affect. Just my two cents

Actually I think it might look like you installed a kit without painting it first.

if you go with a black hood, trunk,(both could be carbon fiber) and then a nhb hfp lip kit with some black wheels it would prolly look pretty awesome, but the white is a big nono in my mind.....

thats where im headed. i got a big scratch in my hood from a raccoon running around in my garage and knocking stuff over.

basically: black CF hood, black CF trunk, NBP HFP lip kit, and some black rims to match.

Mid 90's Camry's and Lexus ES300's pulled it off. Why shouldn't you! It's got to be the right combo though.

WHoa. Those houses in the background look like the houses in Italy. Where was that pic taken?

Kakashi, IMO going with a black hfp kit on your car is going to look like a clear coated version of the unpainted, poly and fiberglass kit adorned cars I see rolling around. Black hood or not. It's going to look unfinished. I too understand wanting to be different but really, just paint the car if you want to do the diff color thing.
