Honda Civic Hybrid Sports concept

Eric Bryant, part of the Autoblog team covering the Paris Motor Show, found the Honda Civic Hybrid Sports concept car snuggled in a back corner and sent us these pictures. What's interesting is that even though this concept seems to have debuted at the '05 Toyko show, there's very little coverage of it around, aside from some pictures. What that means is that we don't have a lot of information on what power train is inside the slick blue Civic Hybrid Sports. Maybe Honda doesn't know either, as their placard describes the exterior, not the hybrid guts. Seems like everyone likes to put this car in the back corner. Maybe we'll get more information soon and pull the car into the limelight. You can see more pictures after the jump.

I think it looks pretty cool, but it looks like it's all cosmetic, nothing new mechanically. And it's looks JDM too.

Hmm. Si exhaust tip. Carbon fiber grille. Nice wheels. I see parts that are interchangable.

I think they're Modulo's (=JDM HFP's). Modulo is Honda's accessory arm.

This concept has been around for quite some time....
