Do cops give you hard looks?

ahh i dont get alot..but if you have a visibly modded car then youll get looks from everyone..but yeah i do get looks from police but havent given me a hard time at all...and i have 20% tint

yea, same here... I don't think it's the cops lookin to pull someone over, it's the cops thinkin "Damn... thats a nice car..."

yeah my theory is the ones that pull you over think its nice and want a better look. and the ones that give you a ticket are just jelous. and the ones that give tint tickets are mad because mine is darker than theirs

I don't know what it is, but cops give me attitude all the time. The only one that didn't was one that gave me a ticket for going 97 mph in a 70 zone (my old car). He was very professional about it, which was fine. I've been pulled over 5 times in the last 7 years or so.

I've also realized that LA rules don't apply in the Bay Area. Whereas I drive 75-80mpg all the time in a 65, up here that gets you a ticket quick. Hence I drive 5mph max over speed limit, usually just driving at the limit since I'm too lazy to deal w/ cop drama.

Oh, one cop car followed my car for like 5 min last week. Was unnerving.

ive had a cop follow me from the job site to a fastfood place for lunch (about 4 mins) then he pulled into a gas station and waited for me to come back out, he was just sitting at the edge of the road when the road was clear for him to come out. so i went the long way and avoided him. all that was in my old 1994 prism.

and one time i was going 70 in a 60 and a cop got right up on me so i changed lanes and got right infront of the person in front of me and the cop just stayed beside me for awhile going about 50 mph in the fast lane to keep even with me. til finally she gave up and drove off.

Yea got an 80 dollar ticket for having my radio to loud when I was beside a cop. I had my windows down, a stock system, and was listening to Guns and Roses at 830 on a Friday night and I wasnt speeding! The part that really pissed me off is the cop like slowed way down, put his window down, and let me pass him then pulled me right over!

holy chit man i got a noise ordinance ticket too in my stock system

listening to My Chemical Romance - Teenagers got pulled over by an undercover cop in his unmarked intrepid. mine will prob be more of $150. i am fighing this one, i was in walmart shopping center with tons of other little shops. and lots of cars around..im going to say "your honor, i dont think it was me, i have a stock radio in a honda civic, it cant be that loud. i had all my windows up too. i still cant believe i get a ticket when theres people that play their $3000 systems and dont catch anything

Cops give me a hard looks all the time..that's cause i lift my shirt when I'm in the passenger side and press ma titties on the window. at first they're like but then when we get talking they're like lol .

Anything modified- lowered,AM wheels, Exhaust, ANYTHING that says "he really like his car" gets a second look.

Cops around here leave me alone, I blend in so well with traffic i love it. Granted I don't speed much or anything. But I definitely have launched my car after a red light at a dead intersection, and sure enough a cop comes crossing my path on the opposite side of the road. But they always ignore me and go on their merry way. Maybe im too slow for them to bother with . But im amazed at how little attention i get from the cops. In my explorer sport I got a lot more attention from the cops for some reason.

A buddy of mine gave me a good idea, If I'm ever pulled over for speeding I whip the speedometer into km/h and tell him it won't switch back to mp/h and that I had no idea I was speeding, not knowing the conversion of the top of my head and not having the time to rememeber the formula to convert it, heh.
