Habi Red or Fiji Blue?

Okay, I'm still waiting to put an order for an SI and I'm stuck between colors.. So I would like to know which one is better for me...

Habanero Red Pearl: I love this color. It's amazing and all, especially under the sun, it will also match the interior lighting and seats. It's also a hot color to have and will be an eye catcher IMO since its such a sweet color. And my roommate (my mom.. ) really likes the color. The bad thing I heard is that cops usually pull over red cars since it stands out more than the other colors and usually, if its a sports car, the driver goes faster in a red car... (like a bull!)

Fiji Blue Pearl: This is one I really really like, its a very close tie between this and the HRP. The reasons I love the color is blue is my favorite color, it's dodger blue baby, and my school color is blue as well.. hehe So it would be the logical choice. And my name is "thinkinblue" so it would be awkward to have a HRP and have me thinkinblue.. lol

Your help would be appreciated and will help me make a decision!! Thanks good people of 8th civic!

Oh post why I should get that certain color or why not.. hehe thankssss

Every single person that sees my FBP Si makes a comment on how nice the color is. For 90% of them it's the first thing they say. Not to mention that the color SHINES even when the car is filthy. I originally wanted a NPB Si but had to settle for a FBP to avoid being without a car for four months. I'm very happy I "settled".

I get comments regularly on how "gorgeous" my paint is (Fiji Blue), and with a few coats of wax on it, even when FILTHY, the car looks shinier than 95% of the cars on the road.

Habanaro Red is very nice, too, I've never seen one in real life, but your dilemma was once mine. Once I saw the Fiji Blue in real life, I never looked back.

This is a hard choice. I love both colors (best colors for the SI) I went with the Habi and I love it. It was going to be the blue or the habi, the habi came 3 weeks before the blue so i got that... I love how it changes with different light...

It's really hard to be like, get the blue or get the red. It all comes down to which one you like. Everyone has different taste. I love both of those colors, but I got GG even though everyone hates on that color the most. I think it looks really sexy and is perfect for me because I want my Si to be a sleeper. For the most part, it's going to look stock on the outside and I want to do a bunch of stuff under the hood.

If I wanted to attract attention, I would have definately gotten the blue. It will turn more heads than a screwdriver. If you do get the blue, make sure you get a good alarm as its probably the most sought after color in this years (or any year for that matter) Si.

True, I still have to see a Habanero Red or Fiji Blue.. So far, I've only seen Galaxy Grey, White and Nighthawk Black Pearl.

I really like the black, it really matched the SI well. But I want a color that shows my personality.. And I'm more of a laid back kinda guy so maybe the Blue would be better.. It all depends on what I see and what impact it brings to me... Right now, my choice would be Habby Red but I will give Fiji Blue a shot because it is a sweet color and its DODGER BLUE BABY.. hehe

I honestly love both colors...I have an Alabaster Silver metallic and I kinda wish I would've waited for one of those colors...but honestly, look through the forums and check out other people's rides in different lighting situations...my favorite pic is of ATRUHONDAGRL's fiji blue at night under a street light...it looks AMAZING!!! I really love HRP, but I think the whole "orange car" thing is kind of a fad right now...like every car company is offering a burnt orange nowadays...but the fiji blue is so unique and will turn SOOO many heads...I'm totally not dissing HRP. Like I said, if I could go back in time I woulda chosen HRP or FBP...but IMO I'd go Fiji!

I think you should get the fuji. Your nickname, school colors, teams colors are all blue so I think it would go best with what you like. Seeing as both colors are very nice and you can't really decide just based on how they look, go for the one that represents what you like most.

Fiji Blue for one reason and one reason only: It looks like sex(sorry i ran out of words ). I used to think that black was the best color ever(my last car was a black 2k nissan sentra SE), until I saw my FBP SI at the dealership all nicely waxed and what not.

Between those two colors, definitely blue. Habanero seems to be a favorite among the 25 and under crowd. I'm not a fan of orange cars (or orange red or copper or brick red or whichever color it takes on in different lighting), unless you're talking about an Imola Orange NSX. Habanero is also the "unlucky" color. Correlation? Dunno.
