European 2006 Civic Hatch

Found this movie on Youtube. Did a quick search couldn't find it posted before sooooo here it is.

It's so much different on the inside than ours. Between the thread about the JDM civics and now the european ones, we definately got shafted here in the states.

Yes, any car in Europe must have a diesel variant to have any chance. Most of their fuel is diesel fuel.

Overall, I think we got the better car. It's a different market with different demands, and Honda's got to cover a LOT of territory with their Honda lineup, since they don't have Acura over there.

Only the diesel gets 50 mpg and we don't have diesel at all. That's not Honda leaving us out in the cold, who has a diesel passenger car in North America besides VW/Audi? Also, it could be 50 imperial miles, not American miles. If that's the case, it's not as good as you think it is.

Navi in the NA Civic is voice activated as well.

It looks so freakin' ugly. The interior seems way too complicated compared to our keep-it-simple-stupid interior here in north america. Still, it doesn't look too bad for its european market; hatches rule over there. In the end, I'm extremely happy with my USDM spec Si and would not trade it for anything!
