Monster Civic

As I recall my childhood, many small things vaguly come to mind. One of these was that my mom had a 88 Civic sedan she had bought to lug my around to wherever she needed to take me. (She felt that my father's supra was unsafe) Anyway one day I was present during a conversastion between my parents and parents of friends. Something about a Monster Civic, the kind of a Civic that is raised high above any other civic you will see on the road, with Giant wheels that crush anything thats infront of it. A Civic that will Charge up a hill and do jumps while spitting fire.

Now ofcourse I dont intend to take it to a Monster Truck Rally, but from a legal viewpoint, or rather a dont get caught by the police viewpoint what do you guys think it would take to transform my 08 Civic LX coup into a monster Civic. Right now everything is stock except a CAI that we spent 6 hours trying to fit in (we ended up just cuttin it with a saw).

My personal thought so far is to raise up a coup lx civic and slap on 22inch rims with thick tires. Have the tires set alittle to the outside so that they stick out past the car, and then get something like a Formula 1 spoiler. In my mind itll give the Civic like a RC car look or a dune buggy from a scifi movie.

if it takes you six hours to do an intake. it will take you years to make it a monster civic.

i remember one of the guys posted a honda 600 that was lifted about 4 feet off the air. had huge tires.

Oh yea, sorry all in all it was around 8 hours for us but we estimated that we did about 5 or 6 hours of actual work what with the pizza and beer runs and what not.
