I've done that track on my bike........south course, last time I was there, bunch of vette's with trailers luggin around their race tires

for a brand new track its still got some bumpy sections, but nice track none the less!!!!

ha. How long ago did you live there? I left in 2000.

it's expensive but I loved it there.

I suggested to my copmany that we take a look into that country club. We do software solutions for high end member based clubs and hopefully the deals goes through.... maybe I can get hooked up with some freebees lol.

Joliet's an hour away? I remembered it being closer. Or has traffic just gotten that bad now? All I saw as far as price was $30,000 initial sign up fee and $3,000 annual.

God, I miss Illinois.

i wish a place like this existed around my area, but a whole lot cheaper. it would keep me from speeding around on the highway

Yeah no kidding. I dunno if any of you have heard of Virginia International Raceway (VIR) but it's like an elite country club that just happens to be based around a racetrack. Too far, too expensive.

A reliable source has told me that the seemingly illfated DragonRidge Motorsports Park has infact FINALLY broken ground and begun construction in New Kent, Virginia. I'm keeping an eye out for more information.
