Each of Skunk2’s Pro Series Intake Manifolds for Honda’s K-series engines feature larger plenums and shorter, oversized runners when compared to the RBC, and are cast with thicker wall material, leaving room for further porting for high-horsepower applications. Instead of producing a manifold with a significantly oversized plenum and excessively short runners that would sacrifice mid-range power, Pro Series manifolds were designed for the “street enthusiast” who wants more power but doesn’t want to sacrifice mid-range performance to get it. The results are improved airflow, an enhanced venturi effect, and both mid-range and top-end power '06-'11 Civic Si 72mm Black Series Pro Series Throttle Body 309-05-0115  Product Description Skunk2 is proud to introduce its 72mm Pro Series Throttle Body for the '06-'11 Civic Si in its signature, Black Series finish—the first, big-bore, drive-by-wire K-series throttle body ever. Skunk2’s Pro Series Throttle Bodies are designed to be used with OEM or Skunk2 Pro Series Intake Manifolds for bolt-on horsepower and torque gains by optimizing engine airflow. Skunk2 throttle bodies undergo an extensive design and testing process to produce a throttle body that doesn't just provide more flow but retains smooth drivability and OEM throttle characteristics. Each Pro Series Throttle Body is designed using the latest CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) tools, which results in a unit that exceeds industry standards
