Just got back from the track 1/8 mile and race 2 Si sedans.. this where our best times..

Stock Si sedan did a 9.9 as his best..
Turbo R18 civic at 6psi did 9.7 as my best.
Si dean with I/E/H did a 9.5 as his best.

I think the times should had been better for all of us, but i don't know what happen.

I have a video of me racing the SI sedan wiht the I/E/H but for some reason the video is blurry.. i will post it tomorrow sometime.. but it is a really close race.. he did 9.596 at 76mph and i did a 9.754 at 75mph so he beat me by not even .2 of a second.. so i can't complain.. since am only at 6psi and not fully tune yet.

You just need some more practice. Like you said, this was your first time at the track with this turbo. Good job though on the whole project. Once these turbos get some proper tuning and when you push more than 6psi, these will be some pretty nice setups.

Thats awesome i think ull take an si, unless heavily modded. And your more unique than most civic owners in having a non si modded civic.

Maybe 8th gen owners....but I'd say that most civics that are modified are not Si's.

1/8th mile times don't say much, you need full 1/4 mile runs. By the time you really get going, you have to stop in the 8th. Plus, I'm sure you were spinning a lot as well.

Glad it's running well for you

What tires were the Si running and what tires were you running? I know tires can make a really BIG difference. Since you have turbo, you have a lot of TQ, meaning a lot of tire spin and if you have all season tire you're going to cut down on the 1/8 trapped speed.

9.75 in the 1/8 for a turbo isn't bad, but I think you could do better once your fully tuned even at 6psi. You have a previous post running 10.5 stock in the 1/8 and 16.4 in the quarter, so theres definitely more in it. Keep at it and nice project

It was 10.3 in the 1/8 with intake and exhaust, not 10.5.
