One week before My JRSC Broke... i have change MY tensioner for the OEM AUto tensioner... LIke some guys told me here.... Did you think my shaft broke because i have too much tention with the OEM tensioner... Or Its a manufacture default???(I have sandblast my SC pulley too)

With supercharger belts with a manual tensioner that comes stock should be "broken in" Belts stretch and they need to be allowed to stretch without breaking things. Did you do a belt break in period or did you just crank down on that JR tensioner?

Shaft breakage is pretty common with overtightened belts....This is why I suggested using the stock autotensioner...gotta get a new snout for you present charger and swap to the auto tensioner

Ok I reread and you were on the stock tensioner...What sized belt were you running?

I have put my OEM tensioner but i have not put the second pulley of the Bender OEM... because not enough place with the SC pulley... I use a 62inch belt... its very tight.... i tried a 63' belt but its too loose... And i didnt find 7 RIbs Belt.... I use 6 ribs.... :S :S i check in Gates, gatorback and delco and the sizes is not available!!!BUt no more Slipping with Autotensioner... I run autotensioner ONly 1 week... its why i suspect the tension perhaps....Or perhaps i overtighted the belt when i haved the manuel tensioner...

62.2" is perfect...it's a napa micro-v belt (part # 070622). if you want a goodyear gatorback belt, it's part # 4070622
