Greddy Kit Install: Plug & Play

So... I have the kit and i'm getting close to finishing the install (exahust bolts took me forever to get off even with a tourch & air tools), the plug and play harness dosn't seem like it'll leave enough room for the ecm to be bolted back in place even with the spacers. Any ideas? Excuse any spelling mistakes... Its early and i'm tired.. well back under the car

You used a torch?!? The exhaust bolts should be on pretty loose, all you needed was a swivel attachment. Hand tools all the way, even though I have air tools. Air tools I find strip or mess up the threads on some of the Honda bolts.

I took off the plastic covers on the harness (car side) behind the clips to make it fit.

Exhaust bolts where "frozen" on. I blame mid-east winters. Working on getting the manifold off now. All 5 bolts are off on the engine side and the 2 from the exhaust and its loose however I can't seem to work it off. The instructions are very vague. Hmm I have an idea... Back under the car I go!!! with my torch ;o

All the bolts to the exhaust manifold are off. I can't seem to figure out whats holding it on... I even took off the bolt to the manifold support. It seems like the top is very loose but its hanging on something from the bottom.
If i can get this off I can get to the good stuff.... I"ll check the diy posts for header installs.

? It's very straight forward. Did you take off the support bracket?

Got it out. Working on putting the e-manage though the firewall now. Any suggested spots? I think this is the last hard part /crosses fingers.

Well once I found a spot to poke the harness through it went smooth. I think I should have it back together and started Tuesday evening. Now that the weekend is gone I'll only have a few hours a night to work on it. My plan is to start it let it run for a few min shut it and wait till Wed so i can get the "nub" welded on for the wideband. Taking off the header was a nightmare. It really ate up alot of my time.
