Greddy Turbo 4-Door

hey i had some questions about the greddy turbo in application to my 07 Fa5.

Im really considering boost by the way of turbo since ive been seeing more and more greddy kits out there.

question. how good is the stock programming of the e-manage with the greddy kit? how much horsepower could be expected with just the bolt on and no tuning?

Question. Does the front bumper support need to be removed in order to fit the intercooler on a sedan?

Question. How hard is it to install a Blow off valve to the turbo setup?

feedback from current turbo kit owners would be appreciated. how well is the car as a DD? and damamge known from the bolt on greddy kit? any help would be appreciated. cant find much in the search

I think you have to tune it. The base tune, I've heard, is 'good enough' to get you to the shop and get it tuned. ~250 WHP is what I'd expect, upwards of 280 with some bolt-ons and a good tune.

yea i just got my kit on last week. Base map sucked with my kit. Went into limp immidiatly and then GReddy Dantegra was nice enough to send me HIS base map which made it work fine. If your kit comes with the right map you will be golden. The kit itself is great and the only problem i had was the map and a simple laptop fixed that. After that its a great DD and the first week your gonna just shift straight 6k so you can feel that boost and hear the waste gate LOL. oh and BOV i will be getting next week i hope and it seems its ok but if you break hard you will stall because the engine gets dumped with alot of fuel but the BOV released the air. A simple fix is to recirculate it to after the MAF so the air still gets there and isn't reread. I think you can wiggly the IC in there somehow so you don't need to remove the bumper support but i just tossed it so i have no idea. I dont know if you have fogs but you do, your probably gonna have to toss them. I just got my back on today but there aren't what they used to be (alot of slicing and dicing)

There is only one thing you gotta keep in mind when tuning - Long cat. Long cat is long.
