the kit comes with a downpipe... if necessary have a shop build you a bigger one if you want a true 3" i cant see it making that much of a difference though

The GReddy Kit comes with a downpipe, the only thing you could change is the CAT to a TEST Pipe for a bit more power... about 20-30whp.

the greddy kit is 100% bolt on and pnp. adding on things(o2 sensor bungs, custom exhaust. u may fall into cutting welding.

the provided downpipe is part cast and mild steel. it's 3 inch. the stock exhaust is also 3 inch before the cat i think. i know for a fact the flange that connects to the downpipe is 3inch, it may taper down though. but i believe it just goes to teh cat 3 inch and then exits smaller.

AJP makes a 3" DP you could also get there 3" exhaust, but i would go with a 3" thermal R&D cat-back

I broke MY GReddy downpipe... but that is because I was prying on my test pipe with a 3 foot prybar to get it to line up with my exhaust (like an idiot) during the install. I got it re-welded at midas for $10, and it hasn't come apart since. The entire downpipe is NOT cast iron - it is cast iron welded to a steel pipe, which is welded to a cast iron flange. You are not supposed to weld cast iron in the first place, which is why it was able to break at all - it snapped at the weld.
