look at his location...bronx. unless theres another bronx that i dont know about, he lives in bronx NY, another state besides cali that has adopted the CARB system.

The fpr is basically a valve and only limits the maximum fuel flow. Your ECU still controls the injector pulse width, i.e. actual fuel delivery.

how come everything cool costs so much lol. when hondata comes out my guess is its gonna be around 1500 or so. plus injectors then tunning. lookin at 2500 for boost upgrade to stage 3. bah lol.
