Altitude is the major factor here. On stage 1 I normally peak at 4psi, rarely saw even 5psi.

Boost is not only dependent on pulley size... decreasing exhaust backpressure, higher ambient air temperature, humidity, and the tune itself will change the psi reading on the same pulley.

Could just be your mods, climate, etc. I saw more boost when I drove my car to Chicago (sea level)
