complex. would you recommend that other people try this? what size pulley would you need for 8-9psi of boost?

after doing some more skimming i have found that at sea level the 3.2 pulley may achieve about 9psi +\- 1psi

what would the effects be if you dropped the compression with different pistons? do you think the F/IC would be capable of tuning it out? would a 3.0 pulley be good enough to make decent power with the lowered compression? what would a good compression be? 10:1? 8:1?

i would not get into that motor yet....just put the 3inch pulley now and tune...should be fine...you live in pretty good weather so you dont have to worry about heat...

If I were in your shoes, I would just get the smaller pulley and a tune...call it a day! If you're going to go with different set of pistons, get a k24a1 block and build it from there (if you like).

Sure why not? If you/anyone is up to it, I don't see why you wouldn't do it. My car is running ok here in Denver @ those power levels. You may have different results based on your area, and your tuner's capabilities.

As for 8-9psi, I'm not sure yet. For me, I'm probably going to need the 3" pulley. For someone at sea level, they may be able to achieve that with the 3.2".

Altitude has noticeable effects on my car, including lower boost than most people.

Your experience at sea level will likely vary. Not necessarily bad, but you shouldn't use my exact setup @ sea level and expect the exact results.

It's slightly cheaper at Procivic. It just sucks that the Harness is as much as the F/IC.

why would you drop the c/r? with a supercharger it takes power to make power so there is no need to drop the c/r. now if you were running 15+psi and nitrous then you might drop it to 10.1 but otherwise stock is good.
