what would the effects be if you dropped the compression with different pistons? do you think the F/IC would be capable of tuning it out? would a 3.0 pulley be good enough to make decent power with the lowered compression? what would a good compression be? 10:1? 8:1?

As for 8-9psi, I'm not sure yet. For me, I'm probably going to need the 3" pulley. For someone at sea level, they may be able to achieve that with the 3.2". Altitude has noticeable effects on my car, including lower boost than most people. Your experience at sea level will likely vary. Not necessarily bad, but you shouldn't use my exact setup @ sea level and expect the exact results.
