clearance issue

I'm gettin ready to pick up a Precision SC61 turbocharger for my Si. Do you think there will be clearance issues with that and the firewall? Cutting required? If so, what's the the largest turbo that can fit without having to cut into the firewall? Thanks for the info.

All of this is going to depend on the turbo exhaust manifold you will be running.

wtf are you talking about?

you shouldnt have any problem fitting that turbo back there especially with the greddy manifold. there is plenty of room to maybe even go bigger.

SC61 should be fine and you could go as larger if you wanted to. PT6976E.

Do you have the Greddy kit already installed? I am about to get a different turbo charger since my Greddy turbo just flippin broke. It is leaking oil through teh exhaust housing and into my log manifold and exhaust ports.

Ew. Nah. I'm not installing anything until Kpro is finally released. I'm not settling for anything less. I'm getting so impatient. Almost to the point that I might sell out and get a Comptech SC. Then again, I can't see myself spending $3000+ for a part that doesnt have nearly the potential of a turbo.
