[quote=escocrx;3122928]the pressure sensor can either be hardwired, or you can purchase the wiring harness which is plug n play with connectors on both ends no cutting. etc.

heres the sensor.

heres the harness.

heres. the unit.

i'll try to find better pictures. but the white wire is far left if looking at the unit like the picture. hehe not much help huh.

Sweet, so this pressure sensor works along with the stock one as well? Is it a must when boosting more than 8 psi?

It's for boosting more than 12 psi. You can boost up to 12 psi on the stock sensor from what I've bee told. But it's good because the emanage can be tuned through the pressure sensor instead of throttle position. So you get a more presice fuel delivery. I would assume.

I'm in the middle of my install and I don't know where to route the emanage harness. Can someone enlighten me? Thanks.

Never mind, I finally found the hole and got it done.

anyone got the pin out diagram for the emanage ultimate for our car?

trying to wire in my hks evc to the throttle and rpm sig but i rather grab it at the EMU instead of getting it from the stock ECM.

the PEM thread that had the pinouts is pretty much dead since blueroadster left....

Looked through the thread and no one answered this. Can anyone chime in here please?

I emailed NGK about this question and they told me that yes the plugs I have are 1 step colder then OEM, they said these plugs are already gapped(0.32)so there would be no need to regap them but they did say that iridium plugs can be gapped. There's a specific tool used to gap iridium plugs so that you do not damage the electrode of the plug. So to answer this question yes you can gap iridium plugs and you won't have to gap these plugs because they are already pregapped, I'm running them right now with my greddy turbo and don't have any problems.
Here's the reply from NGK
Hello, The BKR8EIX is the correct one heat range colder plug for thisapplication. The plug will be factory set to .032". If the gap needs tobe adjusted you can do so on the iridium plugs you just have to be surenot to apply any pressure or force to the fine wire center electrode asit can be damaged. The gap should be adjusted by pulling or pushing onlyby the ground electrode. Hope this helps, thank you. Best regards, Brandon Peeler Technical Support Representative Aftermarket Division NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.), INC. 46929 Magellan Dr. Wixom, MI 48393 Bpeeler@ngksparkplugs.com
Here's a picture of how to gap iridium plugs.

Hope this helps you out.

Will I be able to use my Greddy EVO2 exhaust or will that really effect the hp output of the kit?

You'll deffinitly be able to use your greddy exhaust but a 3" exhaust with a cat delete test pipe will yeild more power.

The GReddy exhaust will be leaps and bounds better than the stock pea shooter I'm running now. Whatever you do don't use the stock exhaust. It's awful for boost. Anything over 4500 rpms, you will loose about 2-3 psi from it. I'm still waiting for my Skunk2 70mm. UPS is a bunch of lying dicks!!!! Hehe.....

Where do you plan on doing it? Do you have a lift and professional tools? Or are you doing it on jackstands in your driveway?

Expect 2 days eat least. I'm currently a ASE master tech and I had a lift and all my tools at my shop and it still took me about a day and a half. Getting the turbo between the firewall and the valve cover was a serious PITA. And running the PnP harness was even worse. Also do not forget to wrap up your harness and brake lines and the fuel line where the turbo sits. They will melt fatsr than you can say boost.

It's pretty straight forward though. it's the little stuff that makes it take a while. Like wrapping the harnesses and wiring in the guages and stuff.

Another tip is with the bottom manifold studs that GREddy tells you to put in. I would just reuse the factory bolts wherever possible. The nuts that GReddy supplies kept loosening up on me and just falling off. I had to double nut all the bottom nuts on mt exhaust manifold. I also used some loctite after vthey fell off the second time. The top ones stay on fine because theyare the stock nuts with the teeth on the bottom of the nut. If you can get 3 of the stock style intake manifold nuts from Honda use those. it will save you the headache of an exhaust leak from the manifold. And not knowing where it's coming from because you figure it can't be the manifold because you tourqued it to specs, twice!!! Good luck and if you have any questions just PM me. And have fun bro....

I had mine done in a driveway with jackstands and professional tools also. I had two Nissan techs with performance shop experience (Fabbing and installing Turbo kits) do mine. We were originally gonna have it done at the dealership they worked at but we got kicked out. So it ended up taking us a full day (8 AM -10 PM) at the guys house.

Having your dad with you is a big plus but expect it to take a bit longer if you guys have no turbo experience.

took me about 12 hours total, spread out over 3 days, with plenty of bud light, sandwiches, and smoke breaks :)

P.S. never was I without my car. You can install the heat wrap, harness, injectors and e-manage without the turbo being installed, mind you.
