The shop that install my kit had no problems installing the turbo kit, everything is install on my car right now, exept for the F/IC and thats because they can't tune it because the F/IC will not connect to the PC, but thats because i think we just got a bad unit, i haven't seen anyone else on here with this same problem..

He alread had that hex file install, he has experience working with this kind of systems but he just can't get this one to work, he just call me and he said he just got off the phone with an AEM rep and no luck to get it to work, am waiting for TSI to call me back right know and let them know about the problem.

Am driving my parents ford expedition, and that thing is huge, am not use to driving that high, and the gas sucks on it..

well I just got off the phone with my tuner and he said he should be done with it tonight, but I work so I can't pick it up till tomorrow I'm also going to see how much he is going to charge me for the tuning and if it is not that bad than I will get them to dyno it and I will post the results, if I do it.

So TSI will be sending me a new AEM F/IC unti as soon as he get a tracking number for the old one, so by the time i get the new F/IC and get the car tune, it will be sometime late this week, before i post any videos of mine.

BTW TSI and Procivic have such a great customer service..

my gf is driving me around in her 2002 ford tauras, that thing sucks. But I just got done installing some 12's in her trunk so at least the car is BUMPIN!!!

IMPORTANT:

DO NOT try to flash or upgrade the AEM F/IC while it is plugged into the harness. This might be what is causing some of the difficultiies you guys are having upgrading the AEM software or downloading the tune file into the F/IC. Plus, I suspect there is a possibility that upgrading/flashing the F/IC while it's plugged into the harness may cause damage to it (I cannot confirm this with AEM but it seems like something that could happen).
