Not a problem. You have every right to complain. Heck, I would if I were in your position.

I need to know before i install this thing on the 23rd, am on the process of buying the AEM Digital PSI gauge with boost controller and the AEM eugo. both are going to run me like $430. and that will be it. i will be ready with everything i need for a good install.

Am not going to worrie about geting another BOV, i look at the picture from procivic, com that has the kit and my BOV looks just like the one on the picture, so it should work just fine. we will see what happen.

Yea, thats the same one i have, why are you positive is not the right one? i would think that they know what they are doing, why will they send people a BOV that will be no good for the turbo kit? what are the pros vs cons of a recircular one vs a Vented one?

Edit:

I did alittle search on a vented BOV vs a Recirculating one and yea think we need to be running a recirculation BOV if we don't want to be running rich, i will be calling them tomorrow so that they can send me the correct one. basically it is better to be running a Recirculating BOV on MAF equip vehicles if you don't want your car to stall, but this also depends on your application.

It goes like this, a Vented BOV will release the air that the MAF already detected and by detecting the air it is telling the fuel injectors how much fuel to be pumping, and with he BOV releasing the air into the atmosphere it will create a rich condition on the engine, because there will be more fuel that air at the time the fuel is being burn.

I hope this helps some people that are new to this stuff like me.

As far as the BOV, it should be the same one as in the picture but TSI uses a special fitting (or "flange") to make the BOV recirculate. Civic Pride, have you found out whether you have that or not? Please let me know (via PM) or call TSI and we will make sure one gets sent out ASAP.
