Dyno.. just what the laptop says.. don't know how accurate that is.. it says 290@wheels and 233wtq.. but i'll see in a few weeks. n/a was dyno at 209 whp and 144wtq.. and a lovely 5.6sec 0-60 at the drag strip.. 13.8@101.. so we'll see what happens next time i go.. like you.. hopein for mid-low 12's
I'm choking cause I'm running 440cc injectors. At WOT, I fluctuate 10-10.5:1 a/f and past 6000 I flatline at 10:1 a/f. It was a good bang for the buck to get rid of my running lean with my stock injectors at 16.5:1.

14:1 sounds a LITTLE toward the lean side all motor but not bad at all. I wanna get mine to right around 13.5 once I can tune. You might wanna question why you suddenly started going more lean. As for nitrous, I'd be fine with running 12:1 a/f as long as the plugs show you're ok. I think you're ok overall. But you should still be wondering why it's starting to lean out. Even though it's not a drastic change, it's still a change.

i have a feeling its the intake in the car thats making me go so lean, its seems to be a known issue.

whoa.. 10.1 .. a little too rich.. i've seen misfires'a'plenty when i was running that rich while i was tuning.. too much fuel for the plugs to get a good burn.. what type are you running and what gap? it'd be fine if there copper and gapped around .020.. the question is why does a factory si run 12.6:1 uder w.o.t. and people are seeing 14:1 and 16:1 under w.o.t. .. humm... i'll have to mess around and do my Dr. House impression to figure that one out.

Stupid question.. but did you reset the computer before you started taking readings? also what do you have done to your exhaust? If it is stock.. there is your problem.

Do you have a Fujita SRI or something?

Yeah that's what happens when you run a stock ecu thinking you have 330cc injectors but you have 440cc now haha. No tune or anything yet. But hopefully soon. I'm running 1 step colder NGK iridium plugs and are gapped at .024". Coppers are good but I like Iridiums better IMO. On my old motor I compared both and the Iridiums held up nicely. They're a bit more money per plug but not much. As for the SI running 12.6:1 under WOT, people with their intakes have been averaging low 13's and some maybe high if anything. Anyone that's been hitting 14+ on their AFR's have admitted to running lean. Usually it's because of the specific intake. On CAI's I don't see them going that lean.

Im running the K&N V2 intake in my car, CAI is kinda outta the question for me cause of the weather we get here, not that long ago my mom CTS almost got hydrolocked and that has stock intake in it so im not risking it. Im taking it easy right now until kpro or sometihng comes out where i can tune myself.

id fix your tune first on that turbo (smooth out the power band) before i start even thinking about using nitrous for a quick lag eliminator

2nd ditto

There are people running 50 shots on top of their turbo setups but I'm really sure they have their power curve tuned to it's smoothest and safest.

Sry I know a lil off topic but does the fujita SRI make our cars run lean?? if so how much? is it safe? because I plan on spraying again and i wanna make sure everything is squared away this time around..
