Check the other thread where you basically asked the same question.

if if remember correctly, its either 4.0 or just above....maybe 4.2.

You need it set to less voltage? You know WOT is the highest voltage that the sensor sees. If you go any lower then you'll be spraying at partial throttle which is something you don't want. If your nitrous sprays at partial throttle already, I think you need to set it at a higher voltage... not lower. It depends on the learning process for the unit too. Depending on what make/model it is, the process can differ.

oh ya that makes a lot of sense. But the thing is the unit is set to 4.3 volts. Which it was set to standard. And it still operated at part throttle. Which doesnt make sense because the guy above me says its 3.9 voltage in the link above at full throttle. Do you think i should just turn up the voltage because if i set it lower then that would mean that i would activate earlier. but if full throttle is 3.9 then i cant go any highter. I dunno this is so confusing. Please help guys.

If the unit is easily accessible then just set it to 4.5 and work you way down. If nitrous doesn't spray... then 4.4... then if still no spray.. 4.3... etc. I don't know the increments of your unit but if it's at 4.3 and you're spraying at partial throttle then WOT voltage is physically obvious that it's higher.

Ya i was thinking about it and i tried that. I think my unit might be installed incorrectly. Even though it was "professionally" installed. because I set it to 6V then 5V, full throttled and nothing happen. Then 4.5 and it activated at part throttle. And 4.7 again at part throttle. I don’t know what’s going on. I read the thread from the link above and im gonna have to check it out how it was installed. But I don’t see how it would even work unless it was installed right

The unit should have a positive that comes from the arming switch, a negative for ground, a wire that taps into your TPS sensor output wire, and then one or two wires that go to your solenoids/relays. I've looked up 3 or 4 TPS units and that's how they all look. But since you can adjust yours, all of the units I looked at are all self-learning =/. So yours COULD still be different. Also, if you're tapping into a wire from the ecu, it could be wrong. Most people just go straight to the clip of the TPS sensor and tap there so for sure they hit the right wire. Make sure you're tapping the right wire maybe?

Oh, about 5 years ago, I installed an NX 100 shot kit in my 2000 Odyssey. I did it all! warmer, genx 2 kit, maximizer, custom brakets, and custom throttle switch install...ran a 14.2, FYI :)

anyway, here is something I found on the NX site that will answer some questions....nitrous is, in and of itself, harmless...lol...read!

Frequently Asked Questions

I think I'll be putting the kit in my Si sedan next, right next to the eD 12" sub!

Real good write up, thanks.

When I was spraying in my Camaro I paid $3.00 a lb. Is it up to 11 everywhere now???
