Question Comptech Supercharger

I am thinking about getting a Comptech Supercharger. Is it truelly bolt-on? How long did it really take? If you got it installed how much did it cost? Dyno's? 0-60 or 1/4 times?

Even if your car blew up for whatever reason, take all parts off flash it back to stock, put all parts back to stock, warrenty. Honda Dealers dont care if it had a blower or not it came to the shop stock there going to get paid for the job by HONDA to them work is work. Thats how it works around here anyway :)

We are a Comptech distributor and we sell the kits for $3590 shipped.

You would overnight the ECU to Hondata and then it will be overnighted back to you. Install should be about 6-8 hours as was mentioned.

If only they got it down to 2.5. That would be incredible. They'd sell thousands more, I bet.

Do you need a reflash for it to work? I can't be without a car for three business days.

we installed a jackson on an 00-si, just think of it as removing your intake manifold.....swapping everything over to the new piece, and reinstalling....the belt was a pain in the ass to get on the pulley, it was tight as hell.

Is the reflash part of the price? Or do I need to shell out some extra cash for that?

take it to an reputable A/C shop if you dont have the knowlege of the A/C system and the correct tools, its a system that should be left to the pros.

Just take it so a shop and have them suck out the freon and take it back when you get the charger installed.

the cost of the reflash is included in the price of the kit. It even comes with the proper hondata paperwork and a box to ship the ecu in.
