That's 2 Zage turbos blown in a single week. They were not amused.

i told ZAGE's rep about this guy and they tell me a very different story...
thats why they accept to send me the kit to test and see his quality

also, this is the only guy i knew that had have problems whit ZAGE

Okay, maybe Zage has addressed the issue since that has happened? Yeah, the ex rep. for Zage has had customer complaints about the turbo blowing up, so maybe its the thing of the past. Anyways, I'd definetly keep that in my mind. Let us know how it goes! Prove that guy wrong!

Usually since atmosphere pressure is 14.7 psi, a boost of 14.7 PSI would be required to double the engine power assuming there are no losses.

In real life the output efficiency of the turbo power would be 65-75% max depending on the tune. So max output at 8PSI would be 197 BHP or about 160 whp only!!!

Pure maths, assuming stock of 140 BHP and no other MAJOR mods...
You're forgetting that boost is measured in PSI OVER ambient so 8 PSI of boost is 22.7 PSI in the manifold.

Justin Credible.
I just deleted a lot of posts, all For Sale activity will be kept to the for sale section of the site. If you want to keep discussing the kit then fine, otherwise this thread will be closed.

well in the HKSUSA.com webpage its listed $795 retail price
so its not much spensive as the EManage Ultimate...

the ZAGE rep told me that in asia its over $1000 dlls for the unit, that was why she told me to buy it here in america...

but the problem is that not much tunners are familiarized whit this piggy back

El ben, start another thread only for the Zage turbo kit for the R18, many people are getting confuse with both turbos on the same thread.

Make sure to post all the information you know on it, i will start it but you know more on the kit then me.

Buy it and if everything goes well, i will be second in line to get it.
