That's kind of how I feel at this point. I've been defending ajp for a good amount of time now and I almost feel as if I helped them screw people over by telling people about their product.

AJP = bad company IMO

AJP Stage 2 = good product

Not $7k good in my book, but good nonetheless. If it was a full bolt on kit with instructions and no problems at all (and came with kpro) then I would say that $7k would be worth it.. But spending that amount of money to take specific parts to a shop and have them fab up things that should've been modified is beyond me.

Jeshua got ****** on his trip to SoCal. ;]

After having to see what type of people you have to deal with when you want real work done to your engine, I can tell you that I won't consider doing anything like this any time soon either. Everyone wants to pass the blame down the line and in the end it looks like the consumer got facked.

If you're ever down in So Cal again, don't forget to stop by the local meets!

In my case, they lied to me just because they could. It is not like they would have made or lost money at all about informing me of Doug's visit to their shop.

Screwing someone for their money is bad. Screwing someone just to screw with them is a lot worse in my opinion. That didn't sound right, but you know what I mean.

Finally, I was keeping my mouth shut this entire time to make you (yes you) happy. I know how mad you were getting over on fgcoupe that one time. Hell, you deserve a rep for that.

Call Random Technologies and ask them if the order was even placed from AJP. Have Random ship it right to you.

lol, and i was just about to take out a loan for a stage II turbo. but this thread really changed my mind, for me its not the product so much that gets me to buy a product, its the service, and one thing i can't stand is companies that just don't call back to me that just means they don't care about you, i don't blame him for backing out, if your going to lie i don't see why he would want to do it.

ajp u really should clean up your act, or get ur **** stright or somthing cuz im sure this is going to hurt ur company cuz u just lost a customer.

I 2nd that. Also, I'd make sure you paid your car off first as well. It would suck to be paying off your car, and have a loan on your AJP turbo kit :\.. when it blows your engine. Then you just tack on a new engine and all that labor on the turbo loan @ 20%? You'll never get out! I've paid all of my mods "in cash", which is the best way to go IMO.

I just picked up my car today but I have to wait 500 miles. I'm pretty sure it'll be . New tires, Eibach Sportlines, Clutchmasters Carbon Kevlar Stg 3 , and last but not least 8.5 psi on the sc6169. Don't worry you naysayers, I'm working on getting some dyno time. If the engine blows up, I'll just rebuild it and up the boost.

PS, It's my daily driver and it runs great.

No one is bashing their product - we all know they make great numbers. The best product in the world doesn't mean a whole lot without the support to back it up, however. That's what this thread is about.

O snap, you got a clutch finally. How do you like it? I wound up going with an Exedy for mine. It's in the shop now. I'll see you around next week.

Back on topic, AJP is really going downhill. I feel bad for you Jesh. Maybe try small claims court .
