sorry but i dont know the particulars of your conversations with ron. Webby pm'd about this thread but unfortunately i dont have specific details in order to respond properly. i asked webby to contact ron directly since he doesnt post online but will gladly speak to him over the phone.

Would it be possible for you to speak with ron directly since im sure you have more contact with him than webby.

Im sure the majority of the AJP civic kit customers come from this website. And theres so many current and future customers, including myself that feel let down at the latest issues with the shop's customer service.

It makes financial sense as a shop owner to take care of these mistakes and take precautions never to let this happen again.

every minute that you leave these issues floating is just more people gaining negative views of the shop, and putting away their check books. Or worse, going with the bigger companys who seem to take care of their customers when theres a problem like greddy

lol...in the week this thread has been around you havent been able to say anything....and then when you finally show up you bring webby into the middle of it....for some reason i thought that you and ron worked in the same buisness and therefor would need to communicate...why should webby be the one to fix this? this is between you, blueroadter and hondata...i dont see how webby comes in. nothing has to be done through him....

Oh, that's golden.

I wrote up a long rant about how you could save AJP face, but it's pointless. Hopefully you figure it out yourself. Hint: Customer Service; what does it mean?

I for one will not going to purchase an AJP kit based souly on the information and lack there of on this site ( the former on your behalf). So as a guarantee from myself you have lost at least on customer for certain.

"i asked webby to contact ron directly since he doesnt post online but will gladly speak to him over the phone."

LOL. That's worse than government red tape! You work with Ron yet your solution is to have the Admin of this site call your coworker instead of you asking yourself? This lack of common sense is becoming more and more apparent with you guys. Ridiculous...

again... I don't understand why I'm supposed to ask your co worker what his response is...

I tried sending them a PM about your situation and jeshua's, and you can see their response. I've also PMed you as well blue. Let me know.

I dont feel that AJP should be a site sponsor any longer, they have proved their true intentions.

Its too late to change my mind now, I will not be purchasing any thing from AJP

wow just read this thread.

why would you do this to anybody, let alone a customer?

it's just weird. it's as if your friend from middle school that everyone knew was a cumpulsive liar got good at working with turbos, started a company, and finally was caught doing what he did since the 6th grade.
