GReddy turbo kit

ProStreet tells me that GReddy's new kit is going to be coming in any week now. Is anyone going to be buying it? Supposedly it is going to be CARB legal...

If this is what you are talking about, it does look carb certified.

What's the difference between the new and old kits besides being CARB legal?

**EDIT: The new pnp kits have already been shipping out.**

The one in the link I posted above claims to produce 254 HP. I think the old ones only claimed to produce 220 HP or so. Also, it looks like their new kit doesn't require you to splice wires.

If you are looking to buy one I would make sure you ask if the kit is the new kit. I would bet some places would still sell the old ones until they are out of them.

I don't think anyone actually has the old kits still in stock. From what I heard, everywhere was backordered.

But yeah, you should check before buying.

its always been the same horsepower (+55).The 02-05 Si is the kit that made 220hp.The only difference is the plug-n-play harness.
