Hey Comptech makes an amazing product, but they are no longer

Real numbers Soon

Stage 4 will be tested on the One Lap Honda of America Race Car. A built 2.4 Liter engine. It will be sick.

the problem with boosting more is out compression. so, im happy to say my ecu is tuned by hondata and i know everything is perfect and soon the stage 2 will be as well.

as for the red shift what i really like, is the intercooler kit. no im very curious as to how it works compared to a turbo i cant find many diagrams on them for superchargers and cooling systems. PLEASE post detailed pics someone of the SC from redshift so i can custom make my own if possible. the one thing i dont understand with the SC is the air will still heat up from the blower unlike the cooling system on a turbo which goes from the turbo TO the intercooler then to the motor as oppose to going in the intake, to SC, then motor.

seems like the only real way to cool is Something between the sc and motor like and after cooler. any help with a customer intercooler kit for out sc?

The only option would be for you to modify the JRSC aftercooler to work, and even then the M62 only pushed 1.02 liters/rev. ANd it isn't even out yet
Ours will be SC to IC to ENGINE

Oh sweet! You still haven't gotten the check? I put it in the mail on Sat...

I need a couple of the stage 2 sized belts if they have any, or at least the manufacturer's part numbers.

Can you get anything else from them? Exhaust, header, suspension, etc?

They don't release any information about any projects. I trust that Dwight and Doug's conversation was correct, and sure hope it was

When you stop by there ask them if they plan to sell the rights to produce the SI Supercharger to another company. The parts are top quality and the Hondata tune is done already, it's just more money in the closing bank to them now!

If another company runs with the exact same kit they'll be more of a market for stage 2 and other goodies for your kit!

well lets just say, i know more about whats going on with hondata and comptech usa then anyone... there is info i have yet to even bring up at all and the only other person who knows any little bit of that info is John (COMPlex).... oh john, that PM i sent dont post that info either! .. now trust me, i called and got the wrong person on the phone at hondata and they told me the same thing until i got doug on the phone and told him who it was he was speaking to. THEN it came out. they have worked with my ecu before this was ever released, and there may be more good news in the next few months, and maybe within the year, even better news for everyone else as well

If they arent out of business for good, they screwed enough of us dealers and distributors that they will be fighting quite the uphill battle getting the product back out and into the market again. IMO, they blew it big time cutting us all out last year, and it came and bit them in the ass, for them to come and try and resurrect the company now would be insulting (IMHO) to the people who tried their best to support them and the product.

But Tai, you have to remember that just because a few jerkoffs run their company doesn't mean they sell a shitty product. If you are truly interested in serving your clientel as best you can then you know Comptech needs to be on your shelf. They make the highest quality products and we all crave their stuff.

If they getter going again I move that you take them back!

I understand what your saying, I was just expressing my point of view. You are right to say that I would probably want it on my shelf again should they start selling again, but I dont know, sometimes it comes down to principal.

well see here is the thing, everyone else said comptech was closing...ing... some may have said it was closed but thats because they shut off the 1-800 number and everyone assumes they are close.. not true, there are other numbers and you as a company would know 1-800 numbers aren't cheap. so as for a company paying off debt, it doesnt sound smart to pay a few thousand a month for a phone line for people to contact them. NOW that being said, there are still people there, they are still selling what they have, as for the guy asking about the exhaust, they dont have anything left for our Si's besides springs. Well, and some pullies. other stuff like the CNC machines, dyno etc are for sale as well. they even have a few builders there that trade days off because believe it or not, they are finishing some little projects anyway. so they have a 916 phone number everyone can call, you will most likely be talking to nate haynes from comptech usa if you are to purchase anything.

If they did this to me and others because they were "canceling" an 800 number I'm even more pissed off.
