Alright cool. Hopefully a fuel return with the ID 1000cc's, and walbro 255 I have will be enough to support e85 up to ~400whp.

If my duty cycle is at 90% with 520's sc'd how much do you think it will lower the duty cycle?

Fuel return systems are so much better for boost and tuning, will be upgrading the inj's as well.

Sub'd. Very useful and helpful DIY. I have plenty of knowledge on this stuff, but it is excellent to know exactly how to do it on our particular car. Awesome. I only recently found out that we can just use the OEM feed line as the new return. Very nice.

When you put in the regulator do u have to adjust anything or is it pretty much pnp?

i think if you have an adjustable one. they have a screw to adjust the base pressure you want to use

all external regulators to my knowledge has an adjustment screw so u can set the base pressure. +1 to you ^^

It's so you can have the regulator increase fuel pressure relative to the boost level. 1:1.
