Not really advice, but something to consider.
When I get mine, I'm going to remove the wheel and inner fender lining and install it that way, without removing the front bumper. Might wanna give that a shot, I would imagine it would be less time consuming! And once you get it down, it will make future filter cleanings/changes much easier. :) |

Taking off the bumper is easier than taking off a wheel, in my opinion. You will need hose clamps, I brought the breather hose to the parts store to see what size you need. the stock clamps can be re-used on the coolant hoses.
Getting the stock intake off of the throttle body is by far the hardest part due to the lack of clearance. If you cant get a screwdriver to the head of the clamp screws that hold it on, you can rotate the screws by the threads with a pair of pliers. Makes it much easier...... besides that, the instructions will show you exactly what to do. Its foolproof...almost.

i dont know if this was mentioned already as i didnt
read every post but the InJen CAI comes with all the hardware including clamps. if your kit didnt come with clamps id call InJen or somethin? - CAI polished piping 2-pieces - x2 hose - x1 Airfilter element -ReUseable - Clamps - Instructions - Decals - License plate frame i think this all covers it ? |

but yeah.. torrendo I think they're talking about the rubber hose up top that goes from piping to the engine part.. excuse me for my lack of better description.. but yeah.. there are threads with circles around it.. and yeah.. other installs liek the one above doesnt have it.. should be fine if I put on tight enough :] |
